Reports are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or investment advice, and OneCiak is not a licensed consulting firm, financial advisor, or entertainment attorney. Named funds, festivals, platforms, and figures are AI-generated estimates based on general industry patterns — always verify independently before making financial or creative decisions. OneCiak makes no guarantee of any outcome (financing, festival acceptance, distribution, or revenue) and assumes no liability for decisions made based on a report.
The full report is a one-time purchase of €29, processed securely by Stripe. This is not a subscription — you are not charged again after your purchase. Prices are listed in EUR and may change at any time for future purchases.
The full report is digital content generated and delivered immediately upon purchase — generation begins as soon as your payment is confirmed. By completing your purchase and accepting these terms, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once generation of your report has begun, to the extent permitted under applicable consumer protection law (including Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, where applicable). If your report fails to generate due to a technical error on our side, we will regenerate and redeliver it at no additional charge rather than treating this as a withdrawal event.
You retain all rights to the project details you submit. We use them solely to generate your report (via Anthropic's Claude API) and do not claim any ownership over your project, script, or ideas.
We may suspend or restrict access for violations of these terms.
OneCiak is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneCiak is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service or reliance on a generated report.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of OneCiak after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
